Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1000/1000=M/1429)

It is allowed to read or listen to the Quran without wudhu on computer or mobile phone, but when the verses appear on the screen one should not touch it without wudhu. It is a matter of reward if the Quran is recited with due respect without desecration.
