Title: Ghusul after ihtalam and intercourse

Question: I have confusion about some aspects about ghusl after experiencing ihtalam or intercourse and those are: 1. While having ghusl if some wetness still keeps coming out, will the ghusl be valid or do we have to wait till it stops? 2. After we have taken ghusl, if some wetness still keeps coming out do we have to do wudhu again for salah, if yes, then if it still keeps coming after doing wudhu then what to do? What to do if it comes out during salah? 3. If a person is in the state of wudhu and he/she washes the clothes on which the impurity is smeared will his/her wudhu remain or not?

    (1) If it is the drop of urine, then the ghusl shall be valid, and it is sufficient to wash it if it comes after some time.

    (2) Yes, after washing it you will have to make wudhu afresh. If it comes out after wudhu then you will have to make fresh wudhu. If liquid comes during wudhu with surety then salah would be offered after making wudhu. But, if the situation turns to a level that the liquid is so frequent that you don’t remain pure even equal to a time in which you can offer one time of salah then you are an excused person according to the Shariah. An excused person can keep on offering salah in the same state, but he will make fresh wudhu at the time of each salah.
