Title: My uncle (own elder sister's husband) has a land. But he is not cultivating this for last one year because he doesn't have money. He has a plan to cultivate sugarcane. We agreed that I'll give all money for cultivating the land, and after harvesting the sugarcane whatever the amount comes, we will divide into five parts and three part I'll take and two part he'll take. He won't give the money what I invested in that land. Please tell me that doing so is halal? 2. Can we take loan to do business?
