What will be the way of giving the mango plantation on lease for three or five years? The lawful condition of giving the land of plantation on lease may be like this that first the trees are sold to the contractor, and if the trees have already bore fruits, give the garden on sharecropping and then give the land of garden to the same person on rent and make your share of the garden fruits halal for the contractor.
فلو كان للموجر اى رب الأرض فالحيلة أن يبيع الزرع منه بثمن معلوم و يتقابضا ثم يوجره الأرض كما في الخلاصة عن الأصل و كذا لو ساقاه عليه قبل الاجاره اهـ (شامى).
