Usually, new clothes are pure, so if they do not bear any impurity apparently then they may be worn without washing and salah is also valid in them. The sheer doubt and suspicion are not worthy of any attention.

ولو شك في نجاسة ماء أو ثوب – الى قوله – لم يعتبر (الدر المختار مع رد المحتار ، كتاب الطهارة ، قبيل بيان فرض الغسل ، 1: 283، ط: مكتبة زكريا ديوبند)، قوله: "ولو شك الخ" : فى التاترخانية: من شك في إنائه أو ثوبه أو بدنه أصابته نجاسة أو لا؟ فهو طاهر ما لم يستيقن ، وكذا الآبار والحياض والحباب الموضوعة فى الطرقات ويستقى منها الصغار والكبار والمسلمون الكفار ، وكذا ما يتخذه أل الشرك أو الجهلة من المسلمين كالسمن والخبز والأطعمة والثياب اهـ ملخصاً (رد المحتار ، 1: 283-284).
