Title: My problem is i want to study further coz the education that i did in india is not licensed in usa so i have to study further for this i have to go to the college and have to take a loan? what should i do now as there is no islamic bank here which can give me educational loan. regarding this i did istikhara myself i saw in my dream that my present husband is married to someone else am not his wife and am not having any connection with him, and it was a mixed dream and very unclear,so now plz advice what should i do now.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

Interest is strictly prohibited in Islam. The Quran says:

و احل اللہ البیع و حرم الربوا (الآیۃ)

و قال تعالی: یا ایھا الذین اٰمنوا اتقوا اللہ و ذروا ما بقی من الربوا ان کنتم مؤمنین، فان لم تفعلوا فأذنوا بحرب من اللہ ورسولہ (الآیۃ)

?O ye who believe! Fear Allah, and give up what remains of your demand for usury, if ye are indeed believers. If ye do it not, take notice of war from Allah and His Messenger.? (2/278-9)

In your case, there is no exigent situation which can allow you to use haram. Therefore, you can not take educational loan.
