Title: Interest

Question: I am working in Private Sector Company and my salary comes in my bank account so bank gives interest on it. I want to know one thing that can I give this money of interest in the marriage of daughter of my poor neighbour. Is this halal or haram and if this is haram then where can I use this money.

(Fatwa: 307/249/D=03/1436) Yes, do not use interest money in your personal need. Withdraw it from the bank and give to some poor. You may also give it to your neighbour for his daughter’s marriage provided he is poor.
