    Title: Question regarding Insurance.

    Question: I have a small query regarding insurance, I live in Saudi Arabia and it is a part of a law here to have a car insurance, in the case of an accident they might jail you for not having it, what would you say in this regard?

    (Fatwa: 58/48/N=01/1436) It is allowable to have car insurance in case of legal compulsion.
