Title: Inheritance

Question: We are three sisters. My eldest sister has expired five years ago my father has been expired before my eldest sister. Now I have one younger sister we all are married my mother is staying in our father house. After my mother expired how can we divide our property? Can the children of my eldest sister claim in the division of share in my father house?

(Fatwa: 1898/1463/B=1433) When your elder sister was alive at the time of your father’s death then she shall get her share in the property of her father and later after her death her share shall go to her children. Send us the detail of all your sister’s children then we shall write the share of each of your sister’s children.
