Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1880/1570=B/1429)

There is no wrong if the semen of husband was inserted into his wife directly or through medical process, but transmitting it to any woman other than wife is obscenity and shamelessness, thus it is unlawful.
