If you are doing lawful job in Vodafone company then your salary is lawful. Your salary shall not be termed haram due to shaving daily. (Fatawa: Darul Uloom Deoband, 17: 353, 354, Question: 1762, pub. Maktaba Darul Uloom Deoband).

However, such job is not lawful for a Muslim which is conditioned with daily shaving as it is mandatory and necessary in Islam for male to grow beard equal to one fist, and it is haram and unlawful to keep it less than one fist. Hence you should find out such job in which there is no condition of keeping beard less than one fist or shaving daily.

فلذلك – فلأجل أن الأمر للوجوب – كان حلق اللحية محرما عند أيمة المسمين المجتهدين: أبي حنيفة ومالك والشافعي وأحمد وغيره، وهاك بعض نصوص المذاهب فيها؛ قال في كتاب الصوم من الدر المختار: ......وأما الأخذ منها وهي دون ذلك – أي: دون القبضة – كما يفعله بعض المغاربة ومخنثة الرجال فلم يبحه أحد وأخذ كلها فعل يهود الهند ومجوس الأعاجم اهـ وقال فى البحر الرائق: .....وأما الأخذ منها وهي دون ذلك كما يفعله بعض المغاربة والمخنصة منالرجال فلم يبحه أحد كذا في فتح القدير اهـ ونحوه في شرح الزيلعي على الكنز وحاشية الشرنبلالي على الدر ر وغيرهما من كتب السادة الحنفية (المنهل العذب المورود ، كتاب الطهارة، حكم اللحية 1: 186، ط: مؤسسة التاريخ العربي بيروت لبنان).
