Title: Uploading videos

Question: (1) Can I upload Islamic video bayans with an intension of dawah on internet? (2) I want to take the teaching profession, can I teach at schools, colleges in which boys and girls study together?

(1) If the video contains the picture of living beings then it is not lawful to upload it.

(2) If you get some other satisfactory income source where you could save yourself from casting look then it is better to adopt that one. Otherwise, in bad atmospheres which nowadays are common everywhere it is enough just to avoid the things which cause sin, for example, lower eyes in the classroom and do not turn it towards some particular student intentionally. Try to lower your eyes in common places and try to save yourself from bad look and in case it happens then do taubah and istighfar. Avoid talking to girls without a need and in case of a need talk to them but while lowering your eyes.
