Title: Is wearing Ihram permissible in Masjid Aisha for a person whose intention is to do Umrah after staying & relaxing in Mecca city

Question: I stay in Jeddah and normally I have a plan to travel to Mecca on every Thursday evening after my office. So because of tiredness I wish to stay in my friend place Thursday night and take rest and then offer Jumuah salah in Masjid Haram I wish to do umrah. So is it permissible to wear my Ihram from Masjid Aisha on Friday after Jumuah salah and then perform my umrah in the evening or even before Jumuah. My only concern is that I want to take rest first in Mecca and then can I wear my Ihram from masjid Aisha next day as my house is in Jeddah.

In the above mentioned case, if you intend performing umrah by visiting Makkah and stay with your friend by chance, then in such a case it is necessary for you to wear ihram from Jeddah. But if you do not go to Makkah with the intention of umrah, rather you have intention of umrah by chance then in such a case it is enough for you to wear ihram from Masjid Ayesha. It is written in Fatwa Alamgiri:

ومن كان داخل الميقات كالبستاني ، له أن يدخل مكة لحاجة بلا إحرام إلا إذا أراد النسك ، فالنسك لا يتأدى إلا بالإحرام . (الهندية / ج: 1 ، ص: 285 ، كتاب المناسك الباب الثانى فى المواقيت ، ط: زكريا). ووقت المكي للإحرام بالحج الحرم والعمرة الحل / (أيضاً).
