Title: Entered Haram without Ihraam for Hajj

Question: My friend is living in Saudi Arabia 1000 km away from Makkah, this year his relative come here to perform hajj from India. My friend entered Makkah without Ihram with intention to help his relatives and if possible he will also perform hajj. He entered Makkah on 8th Oct 2012. Please guide how he can perform acceptable hajj?

(Fatwa: 1726/1085/L=1433) If he performs hajj by going Makkah and offers the arkan and wajib practices of hajj then it is hoped that Almighty Allah shall accept his hajj.

Since I am returing to Aziziya only on the 7th Zil-Haj evening I will also not have sufficient time to to to Mecca to perform the Umra. [2] When I return from Madina my total duriation of stay in Aziziya and the 5 days of Haj will be aroud 9-10 days only. So sould I do Qasr of my namaaz or do Ada? 1629 views

Q. A few years ago, I went for Umrah. When over there, my hayd started and I was not able to perform Umrah. I went with a group of people and so we went to Madinah and Taif and Al-Ulaa. When we came back from these places we passed through the miqats three different times.
