Title: If someone performed tawaf- e- ziyarah with pollution or menses due to ignorance and returned home, then of course she will have to offer a budnah (camel)

Question: If someone performed tawaf- e- ziyarah with pollution or menses due to ignorance and returned home, then of course she will have to offer a budnah (camel). I want to know besides offering budnah does she still require to go to the Holy Mecca and repeat tawaf-e-ziyarah. Also, is marital relation lawful until she offers budnah?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1436/872/H=1432) Now, it is not wajib to go back to Makkah from your native place to do tawaf ziyarah rather the slaughter of budnah (camel) shall be sufficient. It should be done as soon as possible, the slaughter should take place in Makkah. Though having intercourse is allowable before slaughtering as well.
