Title: cap over hanky

Question: aslm alkm, i use sharai cap over hanky.. Is this allowed in islam?

(Fatwa: 918/918/M=1432) One should wear topi first. This is the known method. Why do you use hanky first? What kinds of hanky do you mean? Explain it and submit the question again.
