    Title: I read from online book "masai'l of hairs" Masa'lah: An unmarried woman is not allowed to use khidhab or make-up. However, even without her husbands consent, a married woman may apply make-up or khidhab.#####I am unmarried that I cannot appply khidab of mehndi and oil,is it so??

    An unmarried woman as well may apply dye.
    روى الحسن عن أبى حنيفة رحمة الله أنه قال : لا بأس بالخضاب للجارية الصغيرة والكبيرة (تاتارخانية : 18/215)
    In the same way, she can do makeup observing the shariah limits. You can use the dye of henna or oil when you need.
