    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

The wife has no right to demand her husband to leave his mother; the husband must not act upon his demand thought she feels lonely. If she is insistent and creates tension in family affairs for carrying out her demand then the husband can give her Talaq and once the iddah is over he can marry her sister as per the advice of mother. But, it is haram for a man to keep two sisters together in Nikah.
