(Fatwa: 303/L)

(1) The time of Fajr Salah ends at sunrise. As soon as the side of the sun appears the time of Fajr Salah comes to an end. This can either be observed personally or known by reliable calendars:

وقت صلاة الفجر من اول طلوع الفجر الثانی وھو البیاض المنتشر المستطیر لا المستطیل الی قبیل طلوع ذکاء بالضم ۔۔۔ اسم الشمس (الدر المختار مع الشامی: 2/14)

(2) The Wuzu will be valid. In Wuzu, it is only sunnah to inhale water not compulsory. There is problem if anyone leaves it due to some reason:
