Title: Me and my wife are married for 3 years now we had a arguement and she has been living with her parents for about 4 months, And we have a child together, a baby boy, now she wants me to divorce her but she is not understanding and her parents have helping her get that divorce but i still love her and i have said sorry to her for my mistakes which i have done, but she still does not want to come back. Can she get a divorce without my consent and without me agreeing.

One or two prudent and impartial persons from both the sides of husband as well as wife should sit together and hear the case of the two. If there is possibility of compromise, they should strive to normalize the condition but if it seems impossible, then the matter should be settled either by Talaq or through khula. It is sin to keep the wife forcefully hanging in between.
