Title: Job In Financing company

Question: I work in a Finance Corporation, as accountant the company also prepares project reports for starting business to entrepreneurs and also serves as nodal agency for disbursement of Govt of India subsidies to factories. Is it Halal or Haram? If Haram, then can I continue till I get a new job?

(Fatwa: 189/189/SD=04/1437) If you are only assigned to prepare the report of the project on the post of accountant in the said company and you are not responsible to carry out any non-Shariah task then this job is lawful for you.

I intend buying a car using the islamic financing where the bank buys the car and they sell it to you at a profit but where iam not comfortable is that the bank insists i should get a comprehansive insurance which i do not want iam prepared to get the ordinary 3 rd party insurance which is compulsory by law.i feel the bank is protecting there interest but is this allowed? My cousin Brother works for ICICI Prudential Life insurance company as Unit Manager, he deals with policies where customer has to pay 1500 per month and after three years the company would give 75,000 instead of 54,000 that is paid as premiums. Assalamualaikum, I am working in Standard chartered bank credit card department, My job description is to offer Loan against Credit card (Qharaz mein maqrooze kar na) 100% (riba) Interest involved in this business, I have been working more than a year.
