Title: Urine dripping and gas problem

Question: (1) After I urinate till satisfaction then washed; I noticed one small drop comes. It comes without notice on the wall after 3-4 minutes. If I do wash it, then again a small drop comes on wall. What can I do in this situation, if I make wudhu will it be valid for, since I don't get notice whether urine came or not? (some time I feel irritated because of it when no time left for salah and I wait for 3-4 minutes to see the last drop coming). (2) Can I use dry tissue directly to clean that last drop without applying water? (3) Another gas issue some time I feel (don't hear) "put- put" sound while in salah or some very minute kind of thing strike wall. Do I need to do wudhu again?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 130/130/B=02/1437) (1) Definitely your wudhu shall break if urine drops come. When it stops and you are fully satisfied that now no drop shall come then make wudhu and offer salah. If you miss jamah then don’t worry, due to this problem and having the intention of offering salah with jamah you shall get the reward of jamah though you will have to offer it alone. (2) After using tissue paper you will have to use water too, as it is the best method. (3) Though no sound comes but if you are sure that wind has passed then wudhu shall break and you will have to make fresh wudhu. Note: For both these problems you should undergo Unani treatment.
