Title: Who can meet in iddat

Question: I want to know that my real uncle (Chacha) has expired so that my aunty is now in iddah so I want to know that who can talk with her or meet with her and can she walk on the roof.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 907/907/M=09/1436) The mahram of the Chachi such as her father, son, brother, grandson, nephew etc they can meet her. You are not her mahram so you shall observe purdah from her likewise her cousin brothers shall also observe purdah from her. If proper purdah can be observed in walking on the roof then she may walk.
