    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 115/118/L=02/1436) The Hajj or Umrah performed with haram money do not carry reward. However, if someone does fardh Hajj, it shall be fulfilled. It should be noted that accusing anyone of doing Hajj with stolen money shall only be correct when it is supported by Shariah evidence, otherwise it is not lawful to blame someone merely by supposition. The holy Quran and Hadith ask us not to have suspicion about any person. يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اجْتَنِبُوا كَثِيراً مِّنَ الظَّنِّ [الحجرات : 12] وقال عليه السلام فى حديث طويل: وأن نظن به ظناً سيئاً (مجمع الزوايد: 2/292) In the above mentioned case, the claims of stealing, concealing the fact regarding the business fund and performing Hajj and Umrah with stolen money are neither clear nor proved with Shariah evidence; hence it shall not be lawful to label the above mentioned ruling on the said person without Shariah evidence.
