Title: Juma salah

Question: As I am working in a private company, it is difficult to offer Jumuah namaz by Jamat, so I am offering Zuhr namaz instead of Jumuah, please suggest.

(Fatwa: 1461/1473/N=12/1435) You should discuss the owner of the company and perform Jumuah salah in the mosque on Friday. If he deducts some money from your salary or asks you to do overtime work as a result of it then you should agree to it. In short, it is not lawful to miss Jumuah due to employment in case your company falls under the Shariah boundary of any city, town or big village.
