Title: Sleeping in the state of fasting

Question: I am a working professional of 28 and I have to work in night shifts too. It is the month of Ramadan and I keep the fasts for the whole month but after night shifts I cannot wake for too long as the night duties in my organisation are too hectic. So I sleep at 0800 in the morning and wake up at Zuhr after sometime I sleep again to wake up at Asar time after which I don’t sleep more. Some people say that this kind of schedule will make the "roza" makrooh. I want to have your opinion on the issue. Kindly answer soon.

    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1269/1026/H=09/1435) What people say is not right. Your fast is valid without any karahat though you sleep like this.
