There are some shortcomings in the beliefs and good deeds of your wife. The dream seeks to divert your attention to rectify the same. She should recite the last ruku of Surah Al-Baqrah after very obligatory salah, also she should study the Tafseer Mariful Quran (written by Hadhrat Mufti Muhammad Shafee) especially the last commentary of last ruku of Surah Al-Baqrah. If not by herself, you should read out for her, rather you should regularly study, read and hear it, it will be useful in-sha-Allah.
