Title: Shares of Shariah heirs

Question: Please can you help me with the shares of each below Shariah heirs for Mr Siddique who has 3 sisters + 1 brother (deceased), 4 daughters, 1 wife, mother + father (deceased). I have provided the above heir details to the best of my Knowledge, but please let me know if you need any further information on the relatives of Mr Siddique.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 672/522/D=06/1435) After paying due rights preceding inheritance, (i.e. paying debt and executing lawful will) all the property of late Siddique shall be divided into 72 shares. Out of the total 9 shares shall go to his wife, 12-12 shares to each daughter while each sister shall get 5-5 shares. The detail of the division is as follows: Details: Wife: 01x09=09 Daughters: 04x12=48 Sisters: 03x05=15 Total: 72
