Title: Qasr Salah

Question: I am living away from my home because of my training is going on and it is 155 kms away and I know it is qasr for every salah, so I used to go and come from house usually not more than 12 days. So my question is if I miss any fardh salah with jamah then I have to do total 4 rakahs of salah or either only 2 rakahs of salah except the salah of Fajr and Maghrib.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 607/607/M=05/1435) In the question mentioned above, if you left your home for the training place to stay for fifteen days or more then you shall be muqim there and offer full salah. In case you miss any salah of four rakahs during it then it is wajib for you to offer it four rakahs when you make its qaza. If you go to your training place and intend to stay there only for fourteen days or less then you shall be musafir and qasr shall be wajib for you. In this case if you miss a jamah of four rakahs salah you will have to do qasr in case you offer it alone i.e. you will offer only two rakahs.
