    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 185/163/D=01/1435) In the question mentioned above, if one is not given even a short time for salah then the person should be in the state of wudhu and when the time of salah starts i.e. (at the time of lunch, during the interval of tea or while going for natural calls) he should offer fardh and sunnah muwakkadah quickly in office side or on some suitable place. However, for Jumuah salah if there is time during the recess time that one can go to the nearby mosque and offer Jumuah salah then it is far better; otherwise he should seek permission for this time, though his salary is deducted for this leave, in which he could visit the nearby mosque and offer Jumuah salah. However, if nothing works and the salah becomes qaza then another job should be searched. Hence such employment is not lawful as per the Shariah where salah is missed necessarily.
