Question: MY husband has committed some kufria wordings and now we would like to renew nikah (tajdeed e nikah), so is it possible to perform nikah personally in the absence of witnesses (gawah)?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1797/1440/B=12/1434) You can renew your iman (faith) even without witnesses, but you cannot renew you nikah without witnesses.

Assalamu Allaikaum (1) Is it is allowed in any circumstance for a Muslim girl to marry a Hindu boy. If the girl is very obedient and done nothing bad in her past for her parents and except talking, (2) she is not more engaged with that boy. But she had made committment.. What parents can do? (3) of course She will marry with the body who will be selected by their parents, then what about the only request made by so obedient girl from her parents in whole life?
