Title: Demolition of Mosque completely to ground level for the new construction

Question: I would like to ask a few questions regarding the demolition of Masjid. (1) Can a masjid be completely demolished for new construction (masjid was at good condition. It is insufficient only in Jumuah prayer and Ramadan special prayers). (2) Due to the involvement of political person the local mufti's of Deoband are silent in this case. (3) What is the fatwa for the person who demolished totally for the sake of his own political career and what is the fatwa for his supporters? Please issue me the fatwa for this irresponsible act.

(Fatwa: 1333/1030/D=11/1434) (1) If the mosque is in good condition then avoid demolishing it. You should look for other ways to make arrangements for Jumuah and Ramadan. (2) You should avoid demolishing the entire mosque for new construction or expansion, rather when it is necessary you should demolish it in parts one by one and construct it side by side. In case the entire mosque is demolished the salah shall be stopped which is wrong.
