Title: having fast h/w rub our private area to each other.

Question: Having fast husband and wife rub there private area to each other and if husband discharged so the fast will break. If yes, so what can we do and pray for us that Allah forgive us for that.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 1221/1220/M=10/1434) The husband and wife should avoid this act in the state of fast. However, if the husband did not penetrate in the vagina of wife, rather the husband discharged due to rubbing the outer part of vagina only then the fast of the husband broke out. The husband should make only the qadha of the fast not kaffarah.
