Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !
(Fatwa: 1099/716/L=9/1434) This is istihaza (bleeding, not menses) and it will not stop you to offer salah. You should continue performing salah in the same condition. If it does not bleed all the time, you should offer salah when you do not see it. If it continues every time, you may offer salah in the same condition. It is to be noted that in case it continues every time, your wudhu will automatically break when the time of salah will come to an end though you do not experience any other thing which breaks wudhu. Now you will have to make wudhu for the next salah. If any other thing occurs between two salah which breaks wudhu, then it will also nullify the wudhu.
