Title: We want to know whether Egg donation or accepting Human Egg from any one to become mother and save her marriage is Haram or Halal in Islam.

Question: We both are trying to have our family but my doctor told me as I have very weak egg so I can be pregnant but baby doesn't service and they also told me my tube is blocked, we are trying from past many years and now my husband is getting angry on me and my marriage life will be in trouble, so I need help from you guy's may Allah reward you and your family, so now I have one option that egg donation from anyone I know. So now I want to know is it permeable in Islam to have egg donation to have Muslim kids and save my marriage. I have two options: (1) I can take egg from any one and can have Muslim baby with my husband sperm. (2) Or I can request my friend to marry my husband and then I can have her egg to become mother and have Muslim kids in my family. So please reply me, I am writing with lots of hope. I want to do anything which is according to Islam but I also want to save my marriage and I love kids, I will wait for your reply. I have my doctor appoint so do reply me back.

(Fatwa: 965/B-201/TB=1434) It is not lawful as per the Shariah to receive eggs from someone else or donate it to someone. Yes, if you get the sperm of your husband injected it into your uterus through machine and as a result you bore a child then the child shall be legitimate as per the Shariah though this method is immodest.
