Title: What should I do if I do Umrah without putting the Ihram from Dubai

Question: What should I do if I do Umrah without putting the Ihram from Dubai? Can I proceed to Jeddah without intension of Umrah and then make the intension from there for Umrah. Please note that I will be travelling by Umrah Visa. Please guide me the Do's and Don'ts while passing through Miqat.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 891/891/M=1433) You can go for Umrah without wearing Ihram from Dubai. If there is no Miqat before Jeddah then you can wear Ihram on arriving Jeddah otherwise you should wear Ihram of Umrah before Miqat. After wearing Ihram you should avoid things prohibited in the state of Ihram.
