Title: I am going to get married soon in-sha-Allah, but I have a doubt about the mahr

Question: I am going to get married soon in-sha-Allah, but I have a doubt about the mahr. Can I give the mahr as gold instead of money which will be as replacement of same amount as or more than that. Or it is not applicable or we have to give only money to the bride on that day of marriage. Please reply me as soon as possible.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 216/122/H=1433) If both the parties agree then it is right without any doubt to give more mahr or more gold than what was fixed earlier.

Q. I know a woman who has two girl kids with her first husband. Latter she ran away with a second male few years back. She says ( we doubt her as she is not telling exactly the truth ) she married to that 2nd person , while the 1st male - his original husband was alive and no talaque or qula was pronounced. Q. Assalamualaikum, In accordance with Holly Quran,the interpretation is like that husband wife are dress to each other.This means there is no hijab between them. According to another interpretation the wives are like field crop and man can enter to his field from any direction,back ro front ,the only restriction in this case is the intercourse in "Dubar" is strictly not allowed and a practicing muslim can not even think to go agaist the most sane shriat and nature. Upto this point not an iota of confusion and doubt. The questions arise here are deep and sometimes disturb as if we do against shriat: 1: Can we ( me and my husband) can make a bath together while fulfilling all shriah imposed conditions believing that no one can see us except Allah,The Almighty. We don't live in joint family system, we have independent home and there is no way that the bathroom can be viewed inside from any outsider. 2: If a wife strongly believes that after Allah and His prophet (PBUH) the only man on planet earh whom she loves and respect terribly is her husband. And there is also a belief that her husband never gives her any order against sunnah or never desires from her to do any thing that are melicious and nasty. Having such strong bonding of love Can a wife view, touch and kiss any body part of her husband. Taking all aspects in mind please reply the questions mentioned as 1: and 2: Because in one writings of Hazrat Thanvi (RA) i read that a wife can kiss her husband anywhere she wishes and if she also wish to kiss the parts that are included in satar then she can kiss by placing a piece of garment on that. And some books of Hadith i also read that the prophet of Allah (PBUH) and Hazrat Aysha(RA) used to have bath together in one tub of water. Waiting for reply. Q. Assalam - O - Alaikum, For our sister we have a matrimonial proposal from one family. The boy is good looking, family is literate, the boy in question is M.Com and runs his own business.
