Question: Mr. Zakir Hossain gives 3 talaq (1, 2, 3 talaq and bain talaq) to his wife through stamp, signed by whiteness, also by public notary. On the other hand he also gave 1 talaq through Kazi office. They have two children. According to the law of Bangladesh that guy withdraw his talaq through one application to the City Corporation during 80 days. And now they are living together. Now Mr. Zakir Hossain said he wanted to give warning to his wife not full talaq. On the other hand his wife received the kazi office paper not the halaf Nama (stamp), and went for legal action against that guy. For your kind information Mr. Zakir already got second marriage and hid this to his first wife. Now I want to know is their marriage still valid? What is the solution as per Islamic Shariah?

(Fatwa: 1796/L=539/TL=1432) Once talaq mughallazah occurred, it may not be taken back. Hence if really Zakir Hossain has given three talaqs to his wife then it is useless to do ruju. Now it is necessary on both of them to be separated from each other at once and do taubah and istighfar.
