Question: meri realtive ki husband ne goshhe mea kaha ki ,'tumhari amma ki pass chola jao'," aise ladki ki sath gor korne ki jorurot nehi hai". bad ma meri relative ne unki husband ko pucha," yea sob bat jab tum kaha tha tab tumhara talaq ki koi intention tha"? husband kaha," nehi, may kabhi sochai nehi talaq ki bare mea". fer biwi ne kahi ki "may kaise somjhu ki tumhara talaq ka intetion tha or nehi tha?". husband kaha,'"agar mera talaq ki niyot hota/rehta(may be he used present or past tense),to tum mera behave se somojh jati,tab mera yea sab bat kehne se talaq ho jata, kiyu ki (because)mera niyot to talaq".mufti saheb keya husband ki last yea sab baat se talaq ho sakta? husband yea nehi kaha ki unki intention talaq hai or thi.lakin wife ko somjha ne ki liye khud ki mesal diya hai.meherbani korke urgent reply koriye to bohut nafa hogi.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 539/411/L=1432) If the husband has not said these words with the intention of talaq, no talaq shall take place on the wife. The statement of husband shall be accepted regarding the intention.
