Title: 1)If i forget reading sana in the 1st rakaat of the namaaz, do i need to perform sajda-e-sau to make my namaaz valid?
2)If i joined the jamaat in the 2nd rakaat and i make a mistake in my fourth rakaat, do i require to make sajda-e-sau before doing salaam individually?

1)If i forget reading sana in the 1st rakaat of the namaaz, do i need to perform sajda-e-sau to make my namaaz valid?

(Fatwa: 345/345/M=1432)
(1) There is no need of sajdah sahv (remedial prostration) in this case; salah shall be valid without it.
(2) If one commits such a mistake that makes sajdah sahv wajib then it is necessary to do it, otherwise not.
