(Fatwa: 1840/L=518/tl=1431)

It is makrooh tahrimi and unlawful for muqtadi to do Qirah:
وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُواْ لَهُ وَأَنصِتُواْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ [الأعراف : 204]

Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala) knows Best
