Title: I issued one Talaaq-e-Bain to my wife called Shabana. After 6 months of this, I was going alone somewhere and was recalling the incidents that took place between us. I was very irritating and frustrated with her. Under such circumstances I uttered the following sentence thinking her. "Shadi karon to talaaq" Now I don't want to marry my ex-wife Shabana but want to marry another woman. Keeping in view my above scenario if I marry any other woman, will she also be divorced with one Talaaq or only Shabana (ex-wife) will be divorced upon marrying her.

The ruling of talaq will not be applicable even for Shabana merely by having thought in heart. Yes, if you have uttered the sentence "Shadi Karon to talaq" (if I marry then talaq) verbally, so in this case, since you intended to avoid nikah with Shabana; hence by doing nikah with Shabana talaq shall take place. And if you marry a woman other than Shabana, then no talaq shall take place.
