Title: I had several heated arguments and fights with my wife in the past 2 years or so we have been married. We have 2 kids masha Allah. I dont recall what I said to her most of the times exactly but never told her or even thought about giving talak. Once I did tell her though that she need to call her parents and tell them to come and take her back to their house. I have also many times in these fights to her that if she is not happy with me she has the option to leave me but it will not be done by me to ask her to leave. I would like to understand where we stand and if there is any type of Talak has taken place or not. After most fights within a day or so we are back in good terms. The frequency of these fights have gone down significantly to almost none now alhamdulillah.

No talaq took place by any of the above-mentioned sentences, and your nikah is still intact. Do not grow any doubt. Both of you should try your level best to maintain good relation between yourselves. This is termed as perfection of Iman in hadith. You should keep patience.
