Muhammad Raihan is a good name. Raihan occurs in the beginning of surah al-Rahman. It is mentioned in hadith that when someone is presented raihan (smelling flower) he should not refuse it; because it is not costly and bears fragrance. It is also mentioned in another hadith that when someone is presented fragrance he should not refuse it because it comes from jannah.
و في الحديث من عرض عليه ريحان فلا يرده فإنه خفيف المحمل طيب الريح . مسلم 
وفي رواية: إذا أعطي أحدكم الريحان فلا يرده فإنه خرج من الجنة . الترمذي (مشكاة ، 260-261)
