I read one of ur fatwas that if u write divorce but not ur intention to give it then it doesn't stand but the fatwa said if written with intention then divorce counts.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 506/341/L=1431)

If you have not pronounced the above mentioned sentence with the intention of talaq, in this case there is no talaq on your wife.

و تطلق بليست لي بإمرأة أو لست لك بزوج إن نوى الطلاق (ملتقي الأبحر مع جمع الأنحر: 2/40).

The rulings of talaq are very sensitive and complex; hence in future you should avoid pronouncing such sentences.
