Title: my question is about hot water chicken.The chicken is slaughted with knife by saying bismillah allah hu akbar BUT then the whole chicken is put in to hot water then in feather peeling machine is it HALAL.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 190/31/TL=1431)

If chicken is put in hot water without taking out impurities inside its stomach to an extent that the impurities are absorbed in the meat, so the chicken turns impure (najis/napak). Therefore, the chicken should not be put in hot water without taking out the impurities.

May i also understand why our religion forbids the consumption of pork-i am lead to beleive that pork meat putrifies faster than any other meat consumed by man and the holy prophet considering the times when preservation was difficult in the desert due to the extreme heat conditions and obvious lack of refrigeration, forbid the consumption of the same due to medical reasons as many people were falling sick due to the quick puetrifaction fo the meat.
