Title: Conditional talaq (divorce) is applicable?

Question: can ther be a conditional talaq. e.g (if you go out of my house it will be talaq,e.if the ladly goes out of the house it is final talaq, ) is this kind of talaq valid,if yes with what cinditions,please enlighten me

Yes, conditional talaq is valid, but it will take place only when the condition is fulfilled. For example, if the husband says ?if you go out of house, you will be divorced?, this will be a conditional talaq, so if his wife went out of house she will be divorced, and this talaq will be valid according to Shariah.
