(Fatwa: 1633/1633/M=1430)
(1) A child does not become one?s own and real son due to adoption. And the adopter does not become real father and the adopted son does not become his lawful heir. If someone adopts a child with the intention to become his real son and lawful heir, it is not right. It is unlawful.
(2) Don?t worry; this Nikah is valid according to shariah.

Assalamu Allaikaum (1) Is it is allowed in any circumstance for a Muslim girl to marry a Hindu boy. If the girl is very obedient and done nothing bad in her past for her parents and except talking, (2) she is not more engaged with that boy. But she had made committment.. What parents can do? (3) of course She will marry with the body who will be selected by their parents, then what about the only request made by so obedient girl from her parents in whole life?
