Title: Have to Choose a Name to My New Born Girl Baby

Question: I have chosen a following names: (1) Tasneem. (2) Myesha. (1) Are the above two names meaningful and can we keep it to our children? (2) Also please tell me if the name Fathima shall be kept as second as follows, Tasneem Fathima, Myesha Fathima? (3) Also please tell me the exact meaning and suggestions for the above two names.

(Fatwa: 442/823/L=7/1438)

(1) Tasneem is the name of a river in Jannah. We could not get the meaning of Myesha, so instead keep the name Ayesha or Maria etc.

(2) You can make Fatimah the second part of name, except in cases when there is any issue in making it second part of name according to Shariah. However, there is no harm in keeping the name as Shabnam Fatima, Aisha Fatima, Maria Fatimah etc.
