(Fatwa: 1147/1086=B/1430)

In the Holy Quran, among the women with whom marriage is regarded unlawful, the daughter of brother (bhatiji) also has been mentioned. It is written in Hidayah that one cannot marry the daughter of one?s real brother, it is haram.
